Byblos Bank Inaugurates its New Premises in Cyprus

Byblos Bank, Lebanon’s third largest bank by assets, celebrated the opening of its new Cyprus Branch premises in coastal Limassol. Hundreds of guests including business partners, bank managers, associates and members of the media attended the event.

“Byblos Bank has been providing its quality banking services in Cyprus since 1984. With this move to a prime location, we hope to expand in the Cypriot market while better serving our clients in a new and modern space, that provides products and services catered to their needs”, said Mr. Henri Awad, Byblos Bank Cyprus Branch Manager, in his speech for the occasion.

The inauguration of these new premises is part of Byblos Bank’s overseas growth strategy, which is implemented along with a strong commitment to the core principles underlying the Bank’s successful business model. 

Byblos Bank was established in 1963 in Beirut, and currently operates in 9 countries around the world. It is trusted by strategic international shareholding partners including: the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), and its subsidiary, the Société de Promotion et Participation pour la Coopération Economique (PROPARCO).
