Four Seasons Hotel Colors Café holds launch party for Ice Cream Week
On 6 May, the Four Seasons Hotel Colors Café held a special cocktail party to launch the Ice Cream Week, which will be held between 16-24 May.
Attendees spent a magical night by the hotel pool, welcoming the summer under the sounds of a live band and while enjoying cool cocktails, snacks and unique ice cream creations, made from dark, milk and white chocolate.
The Ice Cream Week will see Pastry Chef Dimitris Hadjigiannis and his team prepare original chocolate ice cream creations, experimenting with a combination of dark, milk and white chocolate, as well as other ingredients.
The ultimate dining experience of Ice Cream Week will offer hotel guests and restaurant visitors delicious ice cream flavours such as dark chocolate and cocoa crunchy waffle, milk chocolate with passion fruit, milk chocolate with biscuit and caramel, white chocolate combination with pomegranate and berries, spicy white chocolate with elderberries and traditional Austrian sacher.
