Imperio: The Icon Will Be Delivered This Summer

Construction work on The Icon by Imperio, a high-rise project which is set to grace the town of Limassol over the next decades, is nearly complete. The Icon is expected to be delivered in July 2021, and the recent completion of the building’s final floor is sounding the beginning of the countdown.

Construction work is now focused on completing the crown of the building. which sits in the roof at the building’s 22nd floor, as well as the interiors of the luxury residences that will feature smart automated systems to provide added comforts.

Imperio’s imposing 125-metre-tall and 21-storey building, designed by UDS Architects, is located on Limassol’s beachfront and offers unobstructed views of the sea and town. The Icon consists of 60 luxury residences with high-end interior design by Obliq Interiors, while it features a significant number of amenities.

Referring to how the project was progressing, Elis Mirisrli, Design Director of Imperio, said: “Construction work is proceeding according to plan, with the aim of delivering The Icon to its owners this summer.” Ms Mirisrli added that all works are continuing in line with the decrees issued by the Ministry of Health, while the company has also taken additional safety measures. “Our top priority in these unprecedented conditions created by the coronavirus pandemic, is to protect the health of our staff and thereby, public health. To this end, we are implementing strict health protocols, while we have also taken additional safety measures.”

One of the greatest benefits at The Icon is the unique, life-enhancing amenities spanning over two entire floors and overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. On the 10th floor, the Water Club may be one of the world’s most stunning pool experiences featuring an infinity-edge pool, with elaborate poolside gardens and a striking pool bar. Also, on the same floor, The Icon’s renowned restaurant offers fine dining and breath-taking panoramic views of Limassol’s skyline. The restaurant is planned to open to the public in July 2021.

The 11th floor houses the Fitness and Yoga Club where residents will have access to an advanced fitness centre as well as yoga, and training studios encased in floor-to-ceiling glass, all overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Extensive in-house amenities and services elevate the living experience at The Icon to that of a luxury hotel, including a security gated tower enclosure, concierge and 24-hour reception service and hotel-style services.
