CIBA and CIIM Host ‘Celebrating Women in Business’ Event

The Cyprus International Business Association (CIBA) for the 2nd consequent year collaborated with the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) to host the Celebrating Women in Business event, which took place at the Four Seasons Hotel, with huge success. Doxia Nikia Hadjivassiliou, President of CIBA and Dr. Theodore Panayotou, Director of CIIM addressed the high number of distinguished guests present, amongst others Eleni Stavrou, honorouble MP of Limassol and Suresh Sharma the  Commerce & Culture Attaché of the High Commission of India, Cyprus.

These distinguished ladies, through their presentations conveyed the contribution that women were making, to the success and development of the Cyprus economy.

Special guest speaker  at the event was the International award-winning chocolatier, Joulietta, the  CEO of Joulietta Chocolatier & Patissier, spoke about competing on a global, male dominated platform and winning the Silver award for her Cyprus inspired Fig & Ouzo chocolate. The audience was pleasantly surprised when they were invited to try this award winning chocolate, and were taken through a chocolate tasting process involving all five senses. This unique experience was offered by Joulietta Chocolatier & Patissier.

To conclude the event guests were invited to a cocktail reception where they were able to network and promote business.
