The New Cyprus Investment Programme and the Local Real Estate Market

IMH is organising the 13th Real Estate Conference on 22 May 2019 at the Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia. This is traditionally the biggest gathering of professionals from the Cyprus Real Estate sector that offers the latest market trends and developments, highlights issues of concern to the sector and explores emerging opportunities. This year’s event will look at the recent trends and developments in the local Real Estate market, with a focus on the Government’s policy on land development issues.

One of the highlights of this year’s event is the panel discussion which will address the recent changes to the Cyprus Investment Programme and their effect on the local real estate market.
