Stepping In To 2020: Limassol Del Mar Takes Shape

Stepping In To 2020: Limassol Del Mar Takes Shape

In 2019 Limassol Del Mar, the flagship development in Cyprus saw a year of sales success and achievements. Starting from day one, the luxury apartments were popular with affluent buyers who wanted to invest in the future of Limassol. 80% of its homes now sold across both phases, securing the future investment for the entire construction. This year, the subtle sea waves of the Mediterranean Sea opposite the development can be clearly depicted in the distinctive curved architecture that now stands 17 storeys high and can be seen in a new time-lapse video.

Looking back, partnering with the famous Italian house of interior design, Gianfranco Ferré Home (part of Jumbo Group) for the full furnishing of the Signature Collection, was an important milestone for Limassol Del Mar. It was the first time a developer in Cyprus had partnered with a design house adding to the project’s reputation, while ensuring the collection of apartments were unique and exclusive.

Limassol Del Mar is being built by Cypeir Properties as part of a joint venture by the two most important construction companies in Cyprus; Leptos Group and Zavos Group. Uniting the power of two companies–its teams, knowledge, experience and expertise–has created a safe and secure investment for the affluent buyer and has created a landmark development for Limassol.

Also, in 2019 Limassol Del Mar received acclaim in international newspaper The Sunday Times, appearing in a piece entitled ‘Global Homes to lust after’, adding it to the map of some of the most remarkable developments across the world. Meanwhile, the eminent British magazine Country & Town House, listed Limassol Del Mar among the 10 best overseas properties in the world.

In this spectacular time-lapse video, we can witness the construction progress from digging the foundations until today. With the development now taking shape Limassol’s landscape is set to change very soon.

The multi-award-winning Limassol Del Mar is a world-class development, in the ultra-desirable coastal Limassol, with an unobstructed sea view from all the apartments. This landmark development consists of luxury apartments, five-star facilities and services including a spa, high-end shops and restaurants.
