Smart Building Technology for Luxury High-Rise Buildings

IMH is organizing the 12th Real Estate & Construction Conference on Thursday, 17 May 2018 at the Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia. This is traditionally the biggest gathering of professionals from the Cyprus Real Estate and Construction sector that offers the latest industry updates with an outlook on the future of Real Estate.

In its 12th year running, the Real Estate and Construction Conference has become a much anticipated annual event where industry stakeholders meet to discuss and evaluate recent market trends and developments, highlight issues of concern to the sector and explore emerging opportunities.

One of this year’s speakers is Djordje Mitric, a Building Technology Specialist for Control4 – the leading home and building automation company in Serbia. Mitric is responsible and controls all sale activities in Europe. He is responsible for the design and implementation of several prestigious high-rise buildings and luxury hotels such as the Dorchester in London, Four Seasons Hotel and several Mandarin Oriental hotels. In his presentation, Djordje Mitric will discuss modern smart technology that is currently being used in the construction of high-rise buildings around the world.
