Limassol Del Mar Included in The Sunday Time’s Worldwide Developments

Limassol Del Mar Included in The Sunday Time’s Worldwide Developments

According to a recent article published in the newspaper "The Sunday Times", Limassol Del Mar is included among worldwide developments, adding Cyprus on the map of the most remarkable developments of international caliber. In the article entitled "Global homes to lust after", the famous international newspaper presents Limassol Del Mar as pick of the hottest properties around the world.

Making a specific reference to the architects of the project, Benoy, who are also the concept architects of Battersea Power Station in London, Emma Wells, the journalist at “The Times”, describes Limassol Del Mar as a futuristic mixed-use development on the waterfront in Limassol. The success in demand and sales is primarily attributed to the unique architecture of the project, in combination with its location, high quality of finishes, five star services to be offered and competitive prices, elements that make it ideal for any potential owner.

The iconic new development, Limassol Del Mar, has had sales success since launching last year, with apartments in Buildings A and B nearly sold out and the launch of Building C on the horizon. The success story continues, while there is already a waiting list for the apartments on Building C.

Building C, which is the tallest one with 27 floors, will soon be released to the local and international market. Due to the high demand, the luxurious apartments in Building C will be in immediate disposal for sale despite the fact that it was scheduled for much later.

Further information regarding Building C will be available soon.
