FLEX – Transforming Real Estate

IMH is organising the 13th Real Estate Conference on 22 May 2019 at the Hilton Park Hotel in Nicosia.  This is traditionally the biggest gathering of professionals from the Cyprus Real Estate sector that offers the latest market trends and developments, highlights issues of concern to the sector and explores emerging opportunities. This year’s event will look at the recent trends and developments in the local Real Estate market, with a focus on the Government’s policy on land development issues.

One of this year’s speakers is Barbara Eszter Huszár, Consultant & Research Analyst at JLL in Hungary. Ms. Huszár joined JLL in 2016. Her main responsibility is the support of JLL’s corporate, global and local clients, as well as acquiring and managing new tenant representation assignments together with finding and presenting suitable office spaces to potential tenants. She is an expert in market analyses and strategic case studies. In her presentation, Ms. Huszár will talk about flexible workspace and how this is growing trend is driving corporate real estate growth. Indeed, shared workspaces have grown at an incredible rate of 200% over the last five years, and by 2020, it is estimated that there will be 26,000 flexible office locations worldwide. She will discuss how flexible space can enable greater efficiency, potentially reduce costs and offer responsive solutions for a dynamic business environment.
