KPMG Named Leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Services by Independent Research Firm

KPMG Named Leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Services by Independent Research Firm

KPMG has been recognized as one of the world's leading service providers in “The Forrester Wave™: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Services, Q4 2017”. The respective report focuses on Dynamics partners with global, cross-industry experience and advanced technology competencies, that address the critical areas of digital transformation. The vendors were evaluated on criteria grouped by current offering, strategy and market presence. According to Forrester’s classifications, the top providers were measured on their “ability to leverage the Dynamics platform to bring about digital transformation; their alignment with Microsoft’s recently articulated strategic direction and the ability to fulfill the long-unchanged core demands of the Microsoft services market.”

Jens Rassloff, KPMG Global Head of Alliances and a partner with KPMG in Germany said: “Designing and delivering digital transformation projects is the primary focus of our alliance with Microsoft. KPMG’s member firms serve more than 400 clients around the world with smart, scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.  Our work with member firm clients is not just about implementing technology, it’s about trusted relationships and sustainable business transformation outcomes.”

Hayden Stafford, Microsoft Vice President, Microsoft Business Applications said: “We have built a strategic global alliance with KPMG, which brings together its industry knowledge and business transformation expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft’s Customer Engagement and Operations solutions, to help clients address their most challenging business issues.”

Commenting on the recognition, George Tziortzis, Board Member and Head of Information Technology and Management Consulting at KPMG in Cyprus said: “KPMG globally is investing in sustainable capabilities to provide our clients with end to end services and value. This is closely applied by our local practice both by investing in talent but also by leveraging and enhancing the cooperation with Microsoft.”

KPMG’s global Microsoft network supports a range of capabilities and solutions from cloud transformation and compliance to blockchain. 1,350 KPMG experts are focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 delivering smart, scalable solutions for CRM and ERP. In mid-2017, KPMG and Microsoft announced two strategic initiatives: providing clients with a portfolio of digital solutions (the Digital Solution Hub) and enabling KPMG‘s smart audit platform, KPMG Clara, both built on KPMG business expertise and the Microsoft intelligent cloud.
