KPMG Is The Main Sponsor Of The 4th Project Management Conference

KPMG is a global network of independent member firms offering audit, tax and advisory services. On behalf of KPMG Sina Zavertha, a Business Consultant and Project Management professional, will deliver an insightful presentation.

Can we manage teams and successfully deliver projects remotely?

Sina Zavertha will discuss PMing from home, and whether this new reality will become the new normal. She will also talk about how the recent challenges have highlighted the way our working environments are characterized by volatility, complexity and uncertainty, with Project Managers in need of new skills and being obliged to change the way they are working, maybe forever. Lastly, she will explore how discipline, agility, proactive management of risks and issues, coupled with the right tools, can help Project Managers to maintain momentum, and not block, but optimize project delivery.

Sina Zavertha holds a BSc and MSc in Economics and she is an APM PMQ qualified Project Manager working for KPMG. Having gained extensive experience from working on large-scale projects across an array of sectors in the UK (including Technology, Finance, Transportation, Water, Energy, and Infrastructure), she moved back to Cyprus and since then has been helping companies to become more efficient and to improve the way they operate. She has been leading project delivery of large and complex projects for some of the biggest organizations in Cyprus mainly focusing in the financial and banking sectors.
