ICSA Extends its Partnership with Infocredit Group to the UAE

ICSA: The Governance Institute, a leading chartered membership and qualifying body specialising in Governance, Risk and Compliance, has strengthened its strategic business partnership with leading risk management company Infocredit Group, extending its coverage to the United Arab Emirates.

Infocredit Group is already a key partner of ICSA in Cyprus, promoting good practice as well as a wide range of ICSA’s specialist governance qualifications (including the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme) and supports the interests of governance professionals in this region.

Managing Director and Founder of Infocredit Group, Theodoros Kringou comments:

“I am very optimistic about this new development in our strategic alliance as I feel that our extensive knowledge and experience in the UAE will contribute significantly to our joint strategy moving forward. Also, the support from our branch ICG Middle East Commercial Services (ICG MECOS) in Dubai will play a crucial role in this step towards gaining increased exposure in this jurisdiction and further promoting the services of ICSA.”

Simon Osborne, chief executive of ICSA: The Governance Institute adds:

“I am confident that by extending our exclusive partnership with such a trusted market specialist as Infocredit Group we can assist in promoting high quality governance in the UAE. We look forward to working with ICG MECOS to disseminate our broad range of services and products to company secretaries and governance professionals who are working to promote good governance practices in the region.”
