cdbbank Awarded as Best Corporate Bank in Cyprus

cdbbank (Cyprus Development Bank) has been awarded as Best Corporate Bank Cyprus 2016 by the world renowned financial and business magazine Capital Finance International (CFI.co).

The award was received by George Spyrides, acting Chief Executive Officer of cdbbank and Lisa Philippou, Marketing and Branch Network Manager.

George Spyrides thanked the magazine, noting that “this international accolade confirms the high level of services offered by the Bank to its local and international clients”. Moreover, he noted that cdbbank’s award vindicates its strategic choices and reflects the continuous efforts of management and personnel to offer specialised and innovative services which fully cover the multi-faceted financial, deposit and investment needs of the business community and individual clients.

cdbbank, which this year marks 53 years of success, has over the years contributed to the development of the Cyprus economy. With a revamped corporate identity, the Bank is focusing on the financing of large corporations and SMEs as well as International Banking.

It is worth noting that the award of Best Corporate Bank Cyprus 2016 followed a thorough evaluation by the judging panel of CFI.co at which the Bank stood out for its customer-orientated approach and business excellence.
