Anna Homenko: ‘Corporate Business Has Shifted from Quantity to Quality’

Anna Homenko: ‘Corporate Business Has Shifted from Quantity to Quality’

On the occasion of the company’s 10th anniversary, Anna Homenko, Managing Director of Fiduciana Trust (Cyprus), spoke to INBusinessNews about the development of the company over the last decade which has tripled in business and has now grown into a group of 18 professionals.

“At this point,” explains Homenko, “we focus on enhancing our business from the inside focusing on conscious leadership, continuous education of our employees, ensuring that this creates additional value to the business of our clients. We invest into best practices and work on development of ethical and conscious office culture.”

The ‘boutique’ licensed Cyprus trustee and fiduciary services company is based in Cyprus but operates internationally, through a highly commended network of professionals including trust and fiduciary experts. It offers tax and corporate solutions, providing a wide range of corporate services, such as incorporation, maintenance and administration of Cyprus corporate entities, as well as offshore and international structures and also specialises in all aspects of trust work.

According to Anna Homenko, business now is very different from what it used to be a few years ago as new regulatory requirements and the latest tax developments worldwide are affecting business dealings.

“We live in a brand-new era of cross-border information exchange and transparency. And indeed,” she adds, “corporate business has shifted from quantity to quality, from mass produced products to very much tailor-made solutions.”

When asked about the secrets behind her successful career, Anna Homenko revealed that hard work is without a doubt the most important factor in this. In addition to this, perseverance and the ability to overcome failures, as well as teamwork and the determination to win and succeed are also crucial elements of success while she personally engages in learning and self-improvement.
