Greek Author and Success Coach Nicolas Smyrnakis Gives Advice on Achieving Personal Success

Nicolas Smyrankis, successful “success coach”, author and innovator of the Philosophy of “islandofman.me/” from Greece, was a guest at the radio show "It's All about Shipping!" * on Friday, 12th May, 2017. The particular radio show which primarily aims at coaching the younger audience and providing information on shipping related matters and the prospects within the industry, is broadcasted on the radio station of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), Cut-Radio 95,2. The radio show is produced and presented by Gina Panayiotou, Legal Manager of the Legal Department of the shipping company Intership Navigation Co. Ltd., in support the non-profit organization YoungShip Cyprus.*

Smyrnakis gave valuable advice on how to face and overcome your fears, find happiness which ultimately leads to success and advised that impossible is nothing if you believe and work towards it enough.

It is also worth noting, that Smyrnakis congratulated the production of the radio show for this initiative, and stressed the importance of giving. When Smyrnakis was asked, what is the one piece of advice that he would give for the audience to come a step closer to personal success, he replied that first and foremost we must change the way we deal with the things that are not ideal in our life and the second is to work towards improving them, without postponing or waiting for the perfect moment, but rather adopt consistency on a daily basis on what we wish to achieve.

Smyrnakis will be teaching related techniques during the 3-day workshop to be held between the 22nd to 24th September, 2017 in Nicosia, titled “Becoming the better version of me”. As he explains in his book, “it is numerous small victories that lead to the great one that makes the difference.”
