Emily Yiolitis Donates Monthly Incomes as Chairwoman of EAC Board to ‘Hope For Children’

Emily Yiolitis, Member of the Senior Advisory Board of ‘Hope For Children’ CRC Policy Center (HFC), supports the Organization by donating her monthly earnings as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.

‘Hope For Children’ CRC Policy Center wishes to warmly thank Yiolitis for her kind and generous initiative. Initiatives and actions of selflessness such as this highlight the importance of the financial support, the awareness and the sensitization of the society about the protection of children.  

The Director-General of the Organization, Joseph Varughse, thanked Yiolitis for taking this decision. He also stressed out that an action such as this is an example of an actual response of the citizens towards the needs of our fellow human beings and especially of children.

At the same time, Varughese expressed his appreciation towards Ms. Yiolitis for her support as Member of the Senior Advisory Board and as member of the society who applauds and empowers the efforts and the work implemented by «Hope For Children» CRC Policy Center.

The vision of «Hope For Children» CRC Policy Center is to contribute to the protection and promotion of the rights of the child and to support the active participation of children and youth in the society. For that reason, HFC implements multifaceted humanitarian programs related to the promotion of children’s rights, prioritizing their wellbeing, their education and the prevention of any kind of violence against children, as well as providing psychosocial and legal support. The support and the recognition towards the programs of "Hope For Children" CRC Policy Center, brings us a step closer to the protection and the promotion of all children.
