Andri Stylianou: The New Partner at Clerides, Anastassiou, Neophytou LLC

Clerides, Anastassiou, Neophytou LLC announces the admission of Ms Andri Stylianou as partner, in a development that aims to contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm, and further strengthen its dynamic and leading position in Cyprus.

Ms Stylianou has been working with the firm for several years, focusing primarily in the areas of corporate, commercial law and bank finance. She has extensive experience in corporate restructurings and reorganisations, mergers & acquisitions and litigation work. She also specialises in insolvency and restructuring work and supervises the firms’ liquidation and corporate governance practices. Most of her work involves cross border transactions primarily in Central and Eastern Europe.  

Ms Stylianou graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University (LLB) with honours and is a member of Limassol Bar Association and Cyprus Bar Association. Her new role will serve to provide greater depth of expertise and resources to all of the firm’s clients.
