VTT Vasiliko Participates in Recycle Campaign

Private Company VTT Vasiliko Ltd (VTTV), based in Larnaca, contributed to the purchase of special recycle bins in the framework of the environmental campaign of the Center for People with Disabilities "Agios Lazaros", in Larnaca.

In a press release issued on Thursday, the company says that the bins will be placed in various schools in the Larnaca district. The campaign, under the name "We have the special ability to recycle", aims at raising awareness in the school community about the benefits of recycle . "Agios Lazaros" staff and residents will visit schools and will brief the students about recycle, with the use of interactive activities.

The initiative is part of Recycling Program implemented by the Center over the last ten years.

In a special event organized by the Center,  VTTV CEO George Papanastasiou, referred to the importance and benefits of recycling, pointing out its contribution to sustainable development. Papanastasiou said that VTTV will continue to support initiatives that encourage the active participation of citizens and especially of young people in issues such as environmental protection.
