Blue Air Announces Ticket Change Policy

Bearing in mind the recent developments regarding the issue of coronavirus (Covid-19), Blue Air would like to inform their passengers, that they are making every effort to transport their passengers safely, recognizing their concerns about health risks and their questions regarding planned travel.

Blue Air has therefore implemented a new policy regarding their planned travel re-schedule, the Ticket Change Policy, applies to passengers with international tickets purchased until 1 March 2020 (inclusive) operated by Blue Air, with dates between 10 March and 10 April 2020 (inclusive) from / to Larnaca, who may request a change of date once without paying the change fee. Any difference in fares would also be payable.

In addition, for all tickets purchased or will be purchased from 10 March to 22 March 2020, passengers will be able to change their travel dates without having to pay the penalty 40 euros / passenger / section. Any difference in fares would also be payable.

Blue Air is constantly monitoring the situation and will come back with new information if it is necessary to make some adjustments to the existing policy.
