Petroleum Products Sales for December 2019

The total sales of petroleum products in December 2019 recorded a reduction of 5,3% compared to the previous month, according to data released by CyStat. A decrease was observed in the sales of Heavy Fuel Oil, Asphalt, Gasoil Low Sulphur, as well as in the provisions of Aviation Kerosene and Gasoil for Marine use. On the contrary, a rise was recorded in the sales of Kerosene, Gasoil, Liquefied Petroleum Gases and Motor Gasoline.

The total stocks of petroleum products at the end of the month recorded a reduction of 28,6% compared to the previous month.

The total sales of petroleum products in 2019 showed a rise of 0,5% compared to the previous year. Sales of Gasoil Low Sulphur increased by 4,1%, while the sales of Motor Gasoline decreased by 2,3%. A rise was also observed in the sales of Kerosene (35,4%), Gasoil (24,4%) and Liquefied Petroleum Gases (13,0%). Α decline was observed in the sales of Heavy (-10,6%) and Light (-1,7%) Fuel Oil and Asphalt (-8,2%). The provisions of Gasoil for Marine use increased by 5,0% while the provisions of Aviation Kerosene decreased by 4,4%.
