Staroil Appointed Veedol lubricants’ Exclusive Distributor in Cyprus

Staroil has announced that it has reached an agreement with Veedol, through which it is appointed as the exclusive representative of the world-renowned lubricants in Cyprus. The lubricants will first become available through Straroil’s gas stations throughout Cyprus, while the company aims to gain a substantial market share by collaborating with selected commercial consumers and resellers. Veedol lubricants can be found in Staroil’s gas stations from the 1st June. 

With more than a century of experience in lubricants, Veedol, founded in 1913 and based in the Netherlands, is well-known for the reliability and efficiency of its lubricants.  The specialization and expertise of the company the lubricants sector combined with its professionalism and the wide range of products it offers have established it as the professional’s choice for more than a century.  Indicative of Veedol’s longstanding history in the sector is that its was selected for the first mass-production car, namely T-Ford, while in 1979 it supplied synthetic fuel to the Columbia Space Rocket in Space.  

Staroil’s CEO, George Petrou, referred to the collaboration with Veedol noting that: “This agreement is a landmark for us as it gives as the opportunity to collaborate with a world-renowned company acknowledged for its professionalism and the quality of its products.  He added that, “This partnership gives to the Cypriot drivers an alternative and at the same time a quality choice to the existing range of lubricants products at very competitive prices”.
