Millennial Entrepreneurs Summit 2019

Millennial Entrepreneurs Summit 2019

The biggest Summit, exclusively dedicated to the New Generation of Millennial Entrepreneurs in Cyprus will take place on November 14, 2019, in Nicosia.

A significant change is happening in the business community of Cyprus, as the New Generation of Millennial Entrepreneurs is in the process of taking up important positions in a significant number of successful Cypriot businesses. Most of these businesses (over 95%) are family-owned and have been established during the ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s. Their founders and major shareholders are now over 60 years old. Therefore, the succession is a crucial issue for those companies, with the members of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation preparing to take over. The remaining 5% of Cypriot businesses are new ones, mainly built by self-made entrepreneurs. All these new entrepreneurs are the so-called Millennial Entrepreneurs.

As part of “The Millennial Entrepreneurs Project”, PwC, CYTA and Bank of Cyprus present the first “Millennial Entrepreneurs Summit” on November 14, 2019, in Nicosia. The Summit is addressed to all Cypriot Millennial Entrepreneurs, aiming to bring them together on the biggest event of the year and offer them a lot, including inspiration and networking.

Through the Summit's inspirational presentations, speeches and the knowledge and experiences of a well-known keynote motivational speaker from overseas - not to be revealed at the moment (!!!) - the audience will have the opportunity to enrich their entrepreneurial skills and thoughts, to listen about success and to learn more about concepts such as the working environment, values, talent, as well as the economy and the business world in which they live and develop.

Organizer: ΙΜΗ, Partners: PwC, CYTA, Bank of Cyprus, Scientific Partner: IMR, Communication Sponsors: IN Business, Alpha Cyprus
