A New Era For Alphamega Acropolis

A New Era For Alphamega Acropolis

Alphamega Acropolis is all dressed up! Completely renovated and renewed, the hypermarket invites the public to shop at an incredibly welcoming environment and enjoy an upgraded shopping experience.

As part of its ongoing effort to offer a pleasant and contemporary shopping experience, the company decided to fully renovate its store in Acropolis, so that it is able to meet the constantly increasing needs and demands of the modern consumer.

The new layout allows for a relaxed stroll through the hypermarket’s aisles, while the addition of new shelves and larger refrigerators, brings out the wide variety of products, making it easier for visitors to make the best choice. At the same time, a rotisserie offering delicious homemade food has been added to the hypermarket, while visitors can enjoy moments of relaxation along with their lunch or coffee at the brand-new café. The fresh produce sections such as the grocery, butchery, fishmongers, bakery, and delicatessen, were also fully renovated.

Special emphasis was placed on digitally upgrading the hypermarket, as part of the company’s digital transformation strategy. With the addition of self-checkout points, visitors now have a self-service option, and are able to pay for their shopping without needing to queue, while the “digital signage” screens that were added, inform visitors on the current offers at each department, while they also update them on the café menu and other news. In order to make things easier for our customers, some of the screens are touch sensitive, in order to guide them through the choice of products they need.

Expressing his satisfaction over the final result and the new design of the Alphamega hypermarket in Acropolis, the CEO of Alphamega Hypermarkets, George Theodotou, underscored the importance that the company places on the customers’ shopping experience. “As a company working in retail, we have managed to stand out for the pleasant and high-quality service we provide, but we are not complacent. Since our number one priority is providing the best service possible to our clients, we are constantly finding new ways to increase the amenities we offer, enhancing the entire shopping experience. Our goal is to keep evolving, responding to the increasing needs and demands of our customers. Our fully revamped store in Acropolis is a testament to our commitment to the customer experience”, noted Theodotou.

It should be noted that throughout the current month – starting December 3 – visitors to the hypermarket can benefit from unique offers, which they can be updated about through the company’s digital channels. Specifically, the leaflet with the latest offers at the hypermarket in Acropolis can be accessed from the Alphamega Hypermarkets website as well as the Alphamega Loyalty App.

Moreover, the revamped hypermarket in Acropolis is welcoming visitors with great prizes. People who do their shopping at the Acropolis hypermarket between December 2, 2020 and January 22, 2021, will automatically enter a raffle to win 30 HUAWEI Band 4, six HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro, two Huawei Watches GT 2 Pro and two HUAWEI Matebooks D14.
